*Based on an observational, retrospective cohort study using the COTA EHR database of patients diagnosed with DLBCL and received treatment between January 2010 and March 2022 from US academic medical centers and community practice sites. Eligible patients had de novo DLBCL or DLBCL histologically transformed from all indolent subtypes and R/R disease previously treated with ≥1 systemic antineoplastic therapy that included ≥1 anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody-containing regimen. The study evaluated ORR, CR, DOR, DOCR, PFS, and OS in 573 R/R DLBCL patients, including 179 with 3L+ DLBCL.
3L+=third-line or later; CD=cluster of differentiation; CI=confidence interval; CR=complete response; DLBCL=diffuse large B-cell lymphoma; DOCR=duration of complete response; DOR=duration of response; EHR=electronic health record; mDOCR=median duration of complete response; mDOR=median duration of response; ORR=overall response rate; OS=overall survival; PFS=progression-free survival; PR=partial response; R/R=relapsed or refractory.
